I'm Omar Cilitti, Italian – and to me pizza is more than a meal. I've been making pizza with passion for many years, from Neapolitan pizza to pizza al taglio and pinsa. I learned the craft, among other places, in Naples.

For me, good food starts with simple things: good flour, time for the dough, few but good ingredients.

One moment always bothered me: cutting. With a pizza wheel the toppings slide, the cheese stretches and the pizza no longer looks the way it came out of the oven. With good scissors, every cut is clean – slice by slice.

Why the Italian colours?

I didn't invent pizza scissors – they have long been part of many Italian pizzerias. But I gave them the colours of Italy: green, white and red. A tribute to my homeland and to the country pizza comes from.

What matters to me

  • Clean cuts: sharp stainless steel blades, so the toppings stay where they belong.
  • Easy cleaning: detachable blades, dishwasher safe.
  • A good grip: ergonomic, non-slip handle.
